About the Founder
For the last 20 years, Kelly Langston has run nonprofits, been responsible for the leadership development of thousands of leaders and consulted with local, state and national organizations. For each, she doesn’t just see their challenges; instead, she sees their opportunity for growth and renewal.
She is a trained coach and an authorized partner of The Five Behaviors and The Everything DiSC products – giving her the necessary tools to assess and work with any leader or organization.
Kelly received a Bachelor in Fine Arts from East Carolina University and a Master in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She lives in Greensboro, NC with her husband and four kids.
