Executive Coaching

The Strategic Difference uses a variety of methods to help you reach your full potential. From one-on-one interviews, questionnaires, profiles and surveys to more in-depth assessments*, being able to gain insight into your personality and behaviors is important in helping you realize your purpose in life. We believe everyone can be a leader, regardless of a formal title. Our executive coaching is for leaders of all levels, skills, and job titles, it’s for anyone wanting to excel! Executive coaching includes the below but is not limited.

Leadership Coaching: Be the leader you are meant to be! The Strategic Difference focuses on helping you become a great leader through a personalized human approach. We believe strong leaders and better organizations will create a more compassionate, kind and responsible society. 

Professional Coaching: As you are seeking to gain new insights and skills for all parts of your life, we provide a client-led, one-on-one tailored approach to help you live your best authentic life. At The Strategic Difference, we listen to what is truly important and uniquely you.

(Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes or 60 minutes, every week or every other week.)

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a collaborative and dynamic approach to personal and professional development. In a small group setting, participants work with a skilled coach who guides discussions, sets goals, and fosters mutual support. Benefit from shared experiences, diverse perspectives, and a sense of community as you work towards achieving your individual objectives within the supportive context of the group.

Groups can be formed one of two ways:

Private: Group participants are selected by you from your own organization’s team.

Collective: Join a collective group of executives and leaders from various organizations.

All group coaching participants will take an assessment to better understand themselves and how to more effectively work with people of similar and different work styles.

We use Everything DiSC® Assessments.

(Group coaching sessions usually take place weekly and last for 4-8 weeks, depending on the topic. Often, a private one-on-one session is included in the group coaching program.)
