Team Coaching

Team coaching is when two or more individuals are coached together with the intended outcome being a stronger, more productive relationship and team.

Examples include but are not limited to the following –

  • New work relationship – eg. ED and President, supervisor and direct report.
  • Succession coaching – eg. incoming CEO and outgoing CEO.
  • Strained work relationships – for those wanting to better work together by understanding.
  • Teamwork – we work with strong, healthy teams, teams struggling and everything in between. We tailor our approaches to your unique needs, allowing all teams to grow and be more impactful.

Trainings & Workshops

Team workshops are a fun and impactful way to bring teams together to learn more about themselves and the people they work with. All team workshops begin with an assessment. Assessments identify team members’ natural work tendencies (strengths and weaknesses) and can assess the strength of the team by looking at the individuals who make up the team.

The Strategic Difference works with both functioning teams to make them even better and teams struggling to work together.

We use two different assessments based on the team’s objectives.
